Christina E. Quirk

Based in central Maryland, Chris works virtually and in-person with C-suite executives supporting the mission through technical and financial federal contracts. This is a niche she knows from the inside: the culture, competition, constraints, politics, and the particular weight of leading change in this environment.

After earning her Masters in HR Development in 2019, she completed the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance training program at American University in Washington, DC. Her coach training continues as she pursues her Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and Advanced Certification in Team Coaching (ACTC) credentials through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She serves on the Board of ICF’s Maryland Chapter as Director of Professional Development, helping Maryland’s coaches expand their skillsets through continuing education.

Her passion led Chris to design a coaching package — Shattering Ceilings — specifically for women in leadership, regardless of the industry or job title. Much progress has been made in breaking through glass ceilings, but there is more work to be done. Proceeds from this donation-based package fund women’s empowerment efforts around the world — a cause Chris is honored to support through donations and global service projects. Find more information about these projects here.

Outside of work, Chris collects passport stamps and mountain views with equal enthusiasm, volunteers with the elderly in long-term care or community centers, and rotates through a new craft hobby every few weeks— a pattern her husband has learned to accept with grace. She shares her home with an incredible stepson, two cats, and one very beloved dog.
Life goal: to be able to greet strangers in 50 different languages. Only 40 more to learn!

“To inspire people, don't show them your superpowers.

Show them theirs.”
